In order to constantly improve our process, a member of emlyon junior conseil – other than the Project Manager calls our clients after each study to collect feedbacks on the work we provided.

Thanks to this strict and continuous work, our customer satisfaction rate is among the highest for a Junior Enterprise nationwide: 98%.

Excellency and quality standards

emlyon junior conseil has committed itself to establish all possible means to achieve high quality work.
Each document that is sent to our clients has been checked by the Project Manager in charge of your study as well as by a Quality Manager specially trained for this purpose during one year and a half.

Let’s emphasize the fact that emlyon junior conseil is France’s first Junior Enterprise having certified its quality management system by the ISO 9001 standard in 1999, updated to ISO 9001 : 2015 in February 2017.

Our rigor and our quality standards have been regularly rewarded. For instance emlyon junior conseil was rewarded Best Marketing Study provided by a Junior Enterprise of a Business School nationwide in 2014.

Rigor and reactivity

Each Project Manager benefits from a one year and a half training program. Besides rigor and experience – two of our most valued qualities – We are also accredited to the following standards: the Junior Enterprise deontology and the ESOMAR Code. The ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics, which was developed jointly with the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), sets out global standards for self-regulation for researchers and data analysts and is undersigned by all ESOMAR members.

Our time table is is arranged by emlyon business school’s administrative managing team in order to fully commit to ourselves for our customers and to be extremely reactive and attentive.

Social policy

The first task of a Junior Enterprise is to allow students of its University to work on interesting projects as part of their studies. emlyon junior conseil is France’s first Junior Enterprise having committed itself to a Fondation d’Ecole de Commerce (The Fondation EMLYON Entrepreneurs pour le monde). Since 2014, we give priority to scholarship recipients when we select our investigators.
